but sometimes when i sigh, i feel worse than ever. that i most often wish that there'd be no more reason to breathe in and just throw it all out hard when my lungs are filled with the stretch of what's going on,i feel miserable but its just now that i realize that whenever i sigh; however huge the mass of air i would breathe in,they will still come out to make me feel a little better after..
